EXPERT REPORT WRITING

Following a detailed clinical assessment, our care and/or rehabilitation experts produce a bespoke and comprehensive cost report of past and future needs. Depending on the case requirement, this will include: care, therapy, transport, equipment, housing and holidays.

LITIGATION PROCESS

Our experts are familiar with the needs of the legal team and court as well as the individual. They are able to confidently present their recommendations at case conferences and robustly justify their opinions at meetings of experts.

SPECIALIST EXPERTS

With each expert having a minimum of ten years clinical experience as an occupational therapist, nurse or case manager, they are highly qualified. A significant amount of their careers have involved working with individuals who have sustained a catastrophic injury including spinal cord injury, amputation, brain inury or complex mutli trauma orthopedic injuries.

FLEXIBLE APPROACH

We are able to respond to the need for alternative types of care and/or rehabilitation reports depending on individual circumstances. Our experts support the legal team by working independently to an agreed deadline and budget and are able to cover any area of the  UK, or travel overseas if required.
